There's a newer Metal Box (which resemble the defunct Viva Metal Box) And it looks closer to a steelbook, but the spine metal is a little wider and shorter than a steelbook's.I can find a picture I have somewhere comparing a Steelbook, Viva Metal Box, IronPack, and MetalPak if you would like.As for custom Steelbooks, some people customize their own by printing a full sticker for the front and back and spine.
